Our training programmes are based on experimental research and innovative learning processes
"Creating a Flourishing Organisation requires the development of individual mindsets characterised by long-term horizons, expanded definition Self (self-transcendence), cooperativeness and fairness in pursuing self-interest (e.g.refraining from manipulating for your own purpose)."
Key insights from over 15 years of research
can be summarized as follows:
Creating a Flourishing Organisation requires the development of individual mindsets characterised by long-term horizons, expanded definition Self (self-transcendence), cooperativeness and fairness in pursuing self-interest (e.g.refraining from manipulating others for your own purpose).
Sustainable thinking beyond self interest
A sustainability mindset can be developed through innovative learning processes based on deep meditative practice embedded in management training programmes. This brain plasticity effect has been shown to occur with relatively short learning programmes (e.g. 16 hours over 4 weeks).
Mindset change
in 4 weeks
Deep meditative practices influence the physical development of our brain structure in specific areas responsible for fair, collaborative, long-term oriented decisions and behaviours as well as coping with occupational stress and several other psycho-somatic maladies.

Management
Managers exposed to meditation training show significant changes in their values system, emotional balance and decision making patterns towards responsible behaviour and higher levels of social consciousness.
